CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. GENERAL
PERSATUAN KESENIAN IYAL ISAI NADAGAM, is committed to provide exceptional service in a timely manner. Our organization has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
2. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership registration fee is RM30.00 and monthly subscription fee will be RM50.00. The registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be made via available online transaction. An online confirmation email will be sent to members at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration, iinmandram@gmail.com
a. Monthly fees must be paid to the Treasurer in advance within 7 days from the beginning of each month.
b. Lifetime registration fee (need to be paid during membership application) RM200 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Only)
c. Members who leave their dues outstanding for more than two (2) months will receive a reminder letter signed by the secretary or his representative, and will lose their privileges as members until their debts have been paid.
d. A member who allows his debt to exceed the amount of the dues for three (3) months shall automatically cease to be a member of the Association and the Committee may order that legal action be taken against him provided that they are satisfied that the member has received the facts regarding his debt in advance.
e. The committee has all the rights to set re-entry fees for any members who has allowed their membership to lapse due to debt.
f. Special fees or collection of money from members for certain matters may be collected with the approval of the general meeting of members. If any member fails to pay the fee within the specified period, then the money will be considered as the same as the monthly fee debt.
All fees charged are subject at all times to change by ‘’PKIIN’’ by giving 30 days’ notice, which will be posted on the official website. “PKIIN” shall not be liable to members or any third party for any modifications to the fees.
3. CANCELLATION REQUEST
Cancellation of membership may be submitted prior TWO week notice address to the Secretary or Treasurer. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. For any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us via email iinmandram@gmail.com
4. REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy will apply to all members registered under Persatuan Kesenian Iyal Isai Nadagam. A proper Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing (notice via email is accepted) prior TWO week notice and this shall subject to the committee approval. Verbal request will not be considered.
The refund process will take approximately FOUR weeks to process from the date the request is received by the secretary office. Any incorrect / incomplete information provided in the Refund Form may cause a delay in the processing.
Refund payments will be made via online bank transfer to account details as stated in the Refund Form.
